Kira asks a few quick questions and logs your job details directly into our job management system so enquiries don’t get missed and the right person can respond quickly – with context.
If you’d prefer to speak with a real person, just tell Kira. She’ll still gather some basic information first so we can be prepared when we call you back.

She is trained to prioritise emergency plumbing issues and alert our team immediately.
