No. Payment must be made on site on completion of the job. Otherwise we’d have to increase our prices to accommodate for the time we have to spend chasing up invoices.

No. We used to spend a lot of time travelling to and from banks to put cheques in. We don’t think it’s fair for you to have to pay for that, so now we only accept card payments or cash on completion of the job.

Most definitely! But I can be hard to reach on the phone, because it’s not safe for me to answer if I’m operating dangerous equipment.

That’s why filling out an online booking request is so much quicker and easier. Simply select the day and time you’d like me to arrive, and I’ll send you an estimate of the cost. Once you accept, I’ll confirm the job.

Yes, we do a full range of bathroom and kitchen renovations.

Yes, but please be aware emergency and out of hours service is charged at an additional rate.

You can turn off the fixture at the cistern isolation valve while you wait for repair.

Don’t panic. You can always isolate the water at the main isolation valve – which is located close to the water meter – while you wait for professional help to arrive.
